According to Cointelegraph, billionaire investor Mark Cuban said he lost access to his Gmail account after receiving a call from a fake Google employee.

On June 22, Cuban wrote on Platform X: "Someone pretending to be a Google employee called me at 650-203-0000 using a number named Noah, saying that my account had been hacked and forged Google's recovery method, causing my mcuban@gmail.com mailbox to be hacked."

“If anyone receives an email from mcuban@gmail.com after 3:30pm Pacific Time, it was not from me,” Cuban reminded his 8.8 million X-platform followers. This is just nine months after Cuban’s crypto wallet was stolen.
