After confirmation from F2Pool & Cobo co-founder @bitfish1, it was stated that CoboSafeAccount is a logical contract that stores risk control logic and is not responsible for storing assets. It cannot be upgraded or transferred, and the only way to retrieve the assets is through the Renzo project team.
