According to ChainCatcher, Spot on Chain monitoring shows that Chainlink's non-circulating supply contract unlocked 21 million LINK 3 hours ago, worth $295 million, of which:

18.25 million LINK were transferred to Binance (about $264 million)

2.25 million LINK were transferred to the multi-signature address starting with 0xD50f (about $31.3 million)
