🚀 Bitcoin's blockchain bandwidth is soaring past 90% for the first time since the April halving. Despite the crypto market being as shaky as a chihuahua in a snowstorm, Bitcoin's adoption and trading activity remain as solid as a bulldog's determination. 🐶

On June 20, Bitcoin's 91.4% dominance outshone Runes' 6.8%, BRC-20's 1.6%, and Ordinals' 0.2% in transactional share.

The bandwidth boost post-halving is largely due to the adoption of new token standards, Runes and BRC-20. Runes, designed to establish fungible tokens on the BTC blockchain, have gained traction faster than a greyhound at the races.

The April BTC halving event, which slashed block rewards for miners by 50%, resulted in miners prioritizing transactions with higher fees. This led to an increased number of transactions and a surge in BTC's blockchain bandwidth usage.
