According to Binance's announcement, the restrictions will affect so-called "unregulated stablecoins." The exchange intends to make gradual changes to the availability of such assets to “enable EU users to switch to regulated “stable coins” while avoiding any market disruptions and complying with the rules.
From June 30, European customers will be able to convert "unregulated stablecoins" in "sale only" mode, from the same date their purchases will be closed. Restrictions will also affect the copy trading service, participation in the Launchpad, Launchpool, Simple Earn programs and a number of other services.
The message does not specify which "stable coins" are in question.
