The testnet Veld hard fork is expected to take place on June 25 at 15:00. The Veld hard fork of the mainnet is scheduled to take place at block height 9,269,910. Based on the current block interval, this is expected to happen on July 8 at 15:00.
Validators and storage providers (SPs) are advised to upgrade to the latest version before the hard fork. For validators, the recommended version is Greenfield v1.8.0, and for SPs, the upgrade should be to Greenfield-storage-provider v1.8.0. This upgrade is an important step in the development of the network, aiming to improve its performance and functionality.
