Problems in the ETH ecosystem:

On the surface:

L1 is too slow, so L2 was created;

L2 splits liquidity, so cross-chain bridges were created;

There are more cross-chain bridges, so there are intentional transactions;

With intentional transactions, chain abstraction was created.

In essence: There are no users or innovations on L2, and rushing to build more distant infrastructure is not long-termism, but just telling a story and creating a lot of selling pressure of tens of billions of dollars per month.
