🔥Microstrategy seeks financing to acquire Bitcoins.
#MicroStrategy , the business intelligence firm, seeks to raise $500 million dollars, this with the objective of being able to “acquire additional #bitcoins for corporate purposes.”
This collection is planned to be done through an offering of convertible senior notes, which will be directed to #inversores qualified institutional investors, according to an official statement from the company.
So far the company has 214,400 BTC in its portfolio, which represents 1% of the total supply of #Bitcoin! . Microstrategy's share price is at $1,525, after reaching a high of $2,000 in March of this year.
