The Manta Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing modular blockchain solutions for zero-knowledge (ZK) applications, has unveiled its new $50 million ecosystem fund, EcoFund. The fund will support innovative blockchain projects that demonstrate the potential for market disruption and sustainable growth within the Manta ecosystem. The bulk of the EcoFund, $35 million or 70% of total funds, will be reserved for direct investment in promising projects, including games, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and other sectors. At the same time, $10 million, or 20% of the total funding, will be allocated to grants aimed at supporting specific areas of interest within the ecosystem, including AI, decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN), ZK technologies and memecoins. In addition, $5 million, or 10% of the funding, will be set aside for events and hackathons to attract new builders and users. The Manta Foundation recently began supporting collators on Manta Atlantic by delegating 50 million MANTA tokens. These tokens are allocated to collators who actively contribute to the security and expansion of the Manta Network ecosystem. 🚀🌐
