The U.S. Treasury Secretary will have "explicit authority to prohibit digital asset trading platforms and trading intermediaries under the jurisdiction of the United States from conducting transactions with cryptocurrency addresses that are known or may reasonably be identified as being in Russia." 2. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (@FinCENnews) will have the right to require U.S. taxpayers involved in overseas cryptocurrency transactions worth more than $10,000 to submit FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR).
