According to ChainCatcher, Bitcoin Magazine disclosed in X that the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) recommends integrating Bitcoin mining into a controllable load resource to ensure grid reliability.
It is reported that the grid controlled by ERCOT covers 75% of Texas and its power generation accounts for 90% of the Texas grid. It is one of the three major grids in the United States.
