Uniswap: the acquisition is worth a 5% boom! Here's what happens to the crypto project..
On a flat day for the bulk of the cryptocurrencies in the top 100, there is #uniswap which places an encouraging +5%, after the news of an important acquisition, which however will not have a great impact on a technical level. In fact, the one to be acquired will be Crypto: The Game, a relatively popular reality-style competition in the USA, which is now about to launch its third season.
The acquisition was completed by Uniswap Labs, the company behind the protocol, which announced the acquisition a few hours ago. The markets reacted by pushing the price of $UNI higher on an otherwise calm day.

According to what reported by Decrypt, behind Crypto: The Game's decision to allow the acquisition by Uniswap there would be the great trust that is felt in the Uniswap team and what it could bring in terms of development to the entire ecosystem that revolves around Crypto: The Game.
It is not clear at the moment what the future implications will be either for the $UNI token or for Crypto: The Game.
