According to Foresight News, according to CoinDesk, New York Attorney General Letitia James rejected the motion to dismiss the case filed by DCG, DCG founder and CEO Barry Silbert, and Soichiro Moro, former CEO of DCG's wholly-owned cryptocurrency trading unit Genesis, and accused Genesis, DCG, Silbert and Moro, together with the crypto exchange Gemini, of defrauding investors and conspiring to cover up a huge $1 billion hole in Genesis' balance sheet caused by the bankruptcy of Three Arrows Capital (3AC).
