PANews reported on June 7 that Axie Infinity developer Sky Mavis tweeted that the Norwegian National Bureau of Economic and Environmental Crime Investigation and Prosecution (Økokrim) successfully froze and returned $5.7 million in assets stolen in the Ronin Bridge hack. According to Sky Mavis, about 15% of the recovered assets will be used to pay the relevant fees of law enforcement agencies, lawyers, accountants, and blockchain forensics teams (such as Chainalysis) involved in the recovery, and the remaining 85% will be deposited in the Axie Infinity treasury.

In addition, Sky Mavis reminded the community that approximately $40 million in other assets have been frozen by law enforcement agencies, and it will take some time to recover these assets, and the specific recovery timetable is not yet clear.
