Livermore's Buying Method
1. 20% of the chips are used as the bottom position for buying.
2. If you buy wrong, leave immediately when it drops to 10%, and only lose 2% of the total position.
3. If you buy right, add 20% for every 10% increase, and add 30% directly for the next one.
4. Hold firmly if it does not fall below 10%, and leave immediately if it retreats 10%!
What you are waiting for is to reach the critical position at the bottom before taking action. Recognition, waiting, critical position!
