What's happening on the cryptocurrency platform
Velocore was reportedly hacked, resulting in a loss of approximately $10 million. The platform launched an investigation into the attack and froze the stolen funds. The Velocore team blocked the stolen funds while halting all transactions of the platform. However, cyber attackers were able to transfer some of the Ethereum tokens they captured to different blockchains.
