🚀Odaily Planet Daily News, Cathie Wood's Ark Investment Management has decided to withdraw from the competition related to Ethereum spot ETF. 📑According to the latest revised prospectus submitted to the US SEC, Ark's name has been removed from the Ethereum spot ETF application submitted by 21Shares, and the fund name has been changed from Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF to 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF.

📧Ark spokesperson said: "At present, ARK will not continue to advance the Ethereum ETF. We will continue to evaluate effective ways to expose our investors to this innovative technology and give full play to its advantages." However, Ark and 21Shares will continue to cooperate. They are one of the 11 US issuers that successfully launched a spot Bitcoin ETF earlier this year.

🎉21Shares said in a statement: "We are enthusiastic about the recent SEC (Ethereum spot ETF) 19b-4 approval and are committed to increasing opportunities for cryptocurrencies as an asset class for American investors." They emphasized that 21Shares and ARK remain loyal partners of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF launched in January this year and the existing futures product lineup. 🔗
