I usually don't do anything like that, so I'm not used to doing this. In fact, I’m not very familiar with many people in the industry. At most, I just add a V to “familiar”.
I am one of those people who has a lot of opinions. I will see if people listen or not and if they don't get the chance. Some will mention it and some won't.
But I definitely mentioned it in person and based on the person’s merits.
