Trump changes his stance and posts on Truth Social to support cryptocurrency

Trump has publicly expressed his distrust of cryptocurrency and believes that the U.S. dollar should be the world's currency. But with the 2024 election approaching and after the launch of the NFT project named after him, Trump seems to have changed his mind about the crypto industry. In his post, he said that the United States must maintain its leading position in the field, and the Biden administration hopes that the crypto industry will "slowly die."

Trump's remarks come on the eve of his speech at the Libertarian National Convention on Saturday night, when he may try to persuade voters not to support third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who frequently expresses support for cryptocurrencies and opposition to regulation. Just a few days ago, the Trump campaign launched a tool that allows supporters to donate in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
