Will Solana ETF Come? Bloomberg Analyst Shares His Expectations!

Bloomberg senior ETF analyst James Seyffart talked about Solana (SOL) ETFs.

In his May 23 X post, James Seyffart talked about a possible Solana ETF. Seyffart noted that the transition to a futures market regulated by the CFTC will occur within a few years, based on specific precedents and needs.

However, he stated that congressional and market bills such as FIT21 could help make this transition happen faster.

Stating that there is not much technical difference between Ethereum and Solana, the analyst implied that the SEC will have to give ETF approval for cryptocurrencies such as Solana at the end of the day:

The transition to a CFTC regulated futures market will occur within the next few years based on current precedent/needs. But congressional and market structure bills like FIT21 could make this happen faster. I think a SOL ETF would see the most demand compared to other digital assets (other than Bitcoin and Ethereum)
