BTC.d is down, USDT.d is down and I see altcoins dancing already.
BTC.d doesn't decrease much, but just a decrease gives the altcoin a chance to increase in price. USDT.d broke strongly because many people held USDT waiting for an opportunity. When good news didn't come out in time, they had to wait.
The indicators are good for altcoins, soon altcoin season.
