I don't recommend trading new listings at all unless they have an old chart with previous data.
Anyways, on the low time frames, as long as #NOT is below $0.0072 to $0.008 then it should drop since it's in a triangle model which is a continuous model.
So since it's been in a bearish trend since it got listed... a huge bearish continuation shall happen soon.
after the next drop it might be a good trade to take in mind only in case it shows strength & increase in volume.
