Track change point
[Technical form]
The moving average has five running angles, the same as the K-line, namely 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. The moving average runs along a fixed angle, forming a running track. When the price of the currency is in the rising stage, the running angle of the moving average running track is a progressive upward change process, especially the three running angles of 30°, 45°, and 60°. When the running angle of the running track changes from 30° to 45° and 60°, the short-term has a strong explosive power, and the running track change point constitutes the best buying point for the short-term.
[Technical meaning]
The development of a trend is a process of the rise and fall of long and short forces. In the early stages of a trend, the growth of either side's power is a gradual process, based on the decline of the other side's power. In this way, the transformation process of the power of both sides is bound to be repeated in the initial stage.
As the long and short forces gradually gain absolute advantage, the trend development enters an accelerated process. During this process, the party with the advantage will become stronger and stronger, constantly attracting the change of the other party's power and the addition of new trend forces until its power is exhausted.
The entire process of change is like the economic cycle of prosperity, recession, depression and recovery, which repeats itself over and over again.
[Application skills]
(1) 0° operation
It mainly refers to the coins that are sideways in a narrow price range with no obvious distance between the moving averages. Such coins usually stay sideways for a long time. Many investors cannot withstand the temptation of other coins rising or the torture for a long time, and sell their coins in advance to exchange for other coins. This is exactly the trap of the main force, and the main force can pick up cheap chips at a relatively low price without panic.
(2) 30° operation
When the moving average is 30° upward, it is generally in the initial stage of the band rise, and the running force is relatively small. In this stage, the K-line generally shows a small Yin and Yang situation. At the same time, each moving average shows a process of "downward, flat, and upward", and the short-term moving average shows a 30° upward trend.
Once you find the angle changes from 30° to 45°, especially a sudden change to 60°, a track change point appears, which constitutes the best short-term buying point. At this time, you should immediately follow up and buy more positions. There will often be unexpected gains, and it is easy to obtain relatively large profits.
(3) 45° operation
It is particularly important to note that for coins whose moving averages are running upward at 45 degrees, there will be an upward acceleration in the future. Such coins should be firmly grasped in the band operation, and they should be firmly held if they do not break the band's rising support line downward, and they must not be washed out early. Prevent the situation of riding a big dark horse but being eliminated early.
(4) 60° operation
The moving average moves upward at a 60° angle, which is generally the upward acceleration period of the band operation. At the beginning of the 60° operation, there is a track change point, which constitutes the best short-term buying point. At this time, you should immediately follow up and buy more positions. At this stage, it is easy to have relatively violent fluctuations, and the currency price often goes up and down. Buying coins during this period is relatively easy and profitable.
It should be noted that at the end of the moving average moving upward at an angle of 60°, we should pay attention to whether there will be related signals of stopping the rise and falling. Because not all coins will rise straight up at 90°. And most general coins will not rise at 90° unless there are special good news.
(5) 90° operation
There are two situations when the moving average runs at 90°, which need to be treated differently.
.After a long-term rise, the stock price rises by 90 degrees. The probability of this happening in general coins is not high. This situation means that the stock price has entered a high-risk period of band operation, and the so-called "silly state" will appear. Profit and risk are positively correlated, and profit is a compensation for risk. In this case, an exit plan should be made in time and strictly implemented, and no luck should be taken.
Notice
In the stage of sudden upward deformation from 0°, generally with an elevation angle of more than 30°, you can buy.
The deformation of 30° is the 45° or 60° stage. In addition to holding positions firmly, you can also increase your positions and buy more. However, you should note that the total cost after buying should be kept below the current currency price to ensure that there will be no losses after each increase in positions.
During the accelerated upward phase after the 60° adjustment, special attention should be paid to the stop-rising and falling signals that appear at the end.
During the period of violent fluctuations in the price of the currency, some investors are easily scared away by the violent fluctuations of the big Yin and Yang, thus missing the final main rising period. How can we enjoy sufficient and sufficient profits from the rising band?
First of all, the big Yin and Yang of the currency price do not change the rising angle of the moving average, that is, you can ignore this violent shock. This rising angle includes not only 60°, but also 45°, etc. Although when running at 45°, most of the results are small Yin and Yang, this technique is applicable to any kind of shock.
Secondly, if the currency price does not effectively fall below the rising support line of the band, it can be temporarily regarded as a normal shock consolidation.
