Golden Finance reported that Galaxy Digital, a financial services company focusing on digital assets, saw a significant increase in revenue and profit in the first quarter, thanks to the growth of its mining business revenue. Specifically, Galaxy Digital's net profit in the first quarter increased to US$421.7 million ($1.23 per share), an increase of about 214% over the same period last year; the company's revenue increased from US$146.7 million in the same period last year to US$259.7 million; by company business scope, Galaxy's mining business revenue was US$31.5 million, which was the driving force behind most of the company's overall revenue growth in the first quarter. In April, Galaxy raised US$125 million, which was reserved for expanding its trading business and developing mining infrastructure.
