The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (#SEC ) sent a wells notice to Robinhood on May 4, adding one more to the list.
The SEC remains vigilant, and is once again going after companies #cripto . With this we already have the SEC behind Kraken, Coinbase, Gemini, Uniswap, Metamask and now Robinhood.
A Wells Notice is a preliminary warning informing companies that the SEC has enough information to initiate an enforcement action against a company. Remember what happened in the past with #Ripple Labs and the SEC.
