1: Add network + water

5. Play Button Game
Now Button Game is a test network
After the mainnet is launched, the PROM won in the game will be exchanged for the mainnet
game rules:
The big screen shows the countdown, and each round of the game lasts for 1 hour.

Objectives of the game:
At the end of each round of the game, it becomes the address that clicked the button last.
But each address (during the entire testnet phase)
Only 10 clicks.
You can only click once every hour.
If you are the last player standing, you get 1 PROM.
At the same time, each round of the game (every hour) will randomly
Reward 0.1 PROM to 10 participants in this round of game.
Before the game is migrated from the testnet to the mainnet,
The address that clicks the button last will get 100PROM.

6. Deployment of Contract
