I was deeply moved after reading the letter from @heyibinance today!
Binance is one of the first three exchanges I registered in the early days. The first was BTC China, the second was Huobi, and the third was Binance. Until now, the first two exchanges have changed a lot, but the Binance account has been used until now. This persistence, pattern, and strategy have helped us to overcome the difficulties in policy dilemmas and become the world's largest exchange. This is not easy. This is the wisdom of the leader and the cohesion of all Binance staff.
In the early days of my cryptocurrency career, I made some simple and stupid mistakes, including wrong address recharge, inability to withdraw coins due to delisted currencies, and in extreme cases, exchange downtime and contract explosion. Binance has actively handled and compensated for all of them. This positive attitude and timely feedback make users feel at ease and reassured! I believe that there are many partners with similar experiences as mine, witnessing the rise of a giant together! Because it always takes user experience as its core purpose!
This time, through Sister Yi’s letter, I saw a more comprehensive and three-dimensional CZ: CZ not only has outstanding foresight in technological innovation, but more importantly, he always insists on doing the right thing, whether it is promoting transparency, protecting the security of user funds, or contributing to charity and community service.
His sincerity and hard work have shaped a more just and open cryptocurrency ecosystem. In this volatile industry, CZ's actions and decisions demonstrate true leadership and responsibility.
We need more leaders like CZ, who not only pursue technological progress, but also care about the overall well-being of society.
