The US SEC publicly solicited opinions on the amendment of BlackRock's spot Ethereum ETF, requiring opinions to be submitted within 21 days. At present, except for the SEC's opposition, other departments and institutions in the United States support the approval, so in May, the Ethereum spot ETF is likely to be approved. Grayscale has also submitted an application to register the Ethereum Mini Trust ETF. The fee rate should be consistent with the Bitcoin Mini ETF rate of 0.15%, which means that after the Ethereum ETF is approved, users will not switch positions and dump the market.
