According to ChainCatcher, @ai_9684xtpa monitored that a whale who had previously lost $4 million from leveraged long ETH transferred 3,000 ETH worth $9.53 million from Binance 10 minutes ago. He then deposited the ETH into Compound and borrowed 6.5 million USDT to Binance. He has now transferred out another 1,100 ETH.
