Therefore, the Ministry of Justice entrusted the Taiwan High Prosecutor's Office to build a "Procuratorate's Seizure of Virtual Assets Supervision Platform", which was officially launched on April 15. In the future, virtual assets seized by defendants or criminal suspects can be monitored under a secure system. The Ministry of Justice stated that it had begun planning for a seizure platform in August 2022. After many meetings, it decided to entrust the Taiwan High Prosecutor's Office to build a supervision platform.
