Help, reward and repentance from Allah

Peace be upon you, my brothers and sisters in God. I hesitated a lot before writing this post. I am writing to you these lines, and I am very sorry for my situation. I no longer care about what is said because I can no longer bear it. Only God knows the extent of my distress, my distress, and my helplessness. My husband is sick and the children are not satisfied with their needs. I resort to you after God, hoping for help from those who can. God does not waste the reward of those who do good.
