FTX agreed to waive and return the $445 million withheld by Voyager Digital due to the loan lawsuit, so Voyager creditors will increase their claims by an additional 20%.
FTX voluntarily gave up this long-disputed loan, apparently in preparation for an early exit from Chapter 11 of bankruptcy.
Since then, the two major US exchanges have no further involvement
