According to a report by Golden Finance, an on-chain analyst named Ember, a whale withdrew 10,643 ETH (US$37.1 million) from Binance in the past hour at a price of US$3,460. The whale also holds a large amount of stablecoins: 105.93 million stablecoins (72.92 million USDC and 33.01 million USDT) were withdrawn from Binance in the past 7 days.
