2024 is a good start for Algo!

In 2024, Algo will undergo huge changes.

AlgoKit 2.0: In Q1 2024, you can build applications on Algorand using Python, the world’s most popular language. It’s cheaper to build and maintain, has an easier learning curve for newbies, is faster to market, and most financial firms already have in-house Python developers.

Consensus Incentives: By Q3 2024, you will receive Algo rewards for staking Algo to support the security and decentralization of the network. The more Algo you invest, the more blocks you create, and the more you earn.

P2P Network: By Q4 2024, the Algo Network will become more decentralized by introducing peer-to-peer data transmission between nodes, so relays will no longer be needed to send and receive data on the Algo Network.
