After the inadmissibility of the appeal imposed before the Court of Appeals of Valparaíso, Chile, where Worldcoin is accused of violating the Neurorights Law, the Chilean businessman Moises Gómez insisted and decided to request admissibility in his protection appeal, according to the CNN publication Chili.

In this new appeal, Gómez requested that it be accepted “in all its parts, and that the appealed resolution be amended in accordance with the law and, ultimately, declare this protection appeal admissible and request a report from the appealed company within a period of 5 days. or in the time that S.S.
