Ripple's CEO criticized Gensler's SEC for allegedly acting outside the law, citing judges' admonishments for a "gross abuse of power" in the DEBT Box case and for lacking "faithful allegiance to the law" in the Ripple case.
He also noted Gensler's purported lack of attention to SBFraud.
