Recently I wondered how difficult it is to create your own cryptocurrency and what investments are needed. It turned out that there are several ways.
The first method is very complex, expensive, technologically advanced and requires large investments, both financial and mental. It includes creating your own blockchain, and creating a coin based on this blockchain, which will be used to pay all commissions on this blockchain. Examples: Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana.
The second method is incredibly simple and cheap. Issuing your own token based on someone else’s blockchain. Investments depend on what blockchain you will create your token on, how many tokens you issue and what service you use. Important note! A token differs from a coin in that it does not have its own blockchain. In order to create your token, you only need to create a smart contract. But this is not a problem, you can find smart contracts for other tokens on the Internet, you only need to change the name and number of tokens issued. But there is an even easier way! Next, connect your wallet, enter the name of the token (in the TON blockchain, tokens are called tokens), abbreviation, number of issued tokens, add a picture if you want and, if you want, add a description. That's all! Then all that remains is to pay the commissions.

In the end, I didn’t create my own cryptocurrency, but if I ever need it or someone really wants to have DLKSN in their wallet, I can easily do it.
