When past years are examined, a pre-halving rally typically occurs approximately 60 days before the halving. Investors “buy the hype,” aiming to “sell the news” in anticipation of the halving. As a matter of fact, this happened and Bitcoin and altcoins had a short rally.
Withdrawal Before Halving❗
There are about 30 days left and a pre-halving pullback usually occurs around the halving event itself. In 2016, this retreat was 38% deep, while in 2020 it was 20% deep. Currently, with a withdrawal in the range of 15-20%, the range of 50-60 thousand can be considered normal.
