Well, I thank all parties for their written and closing arguments, which have been very helpful indeed. They will ask me to prepare a fairly lengthy written judgment which will be delivered at the appropriate time. And to all those who have been pestering my secretary about when the judgment will be ready, the short answer is as follows: it will be ready when it is ready, not before.
However, after considering all of the evidence and representations made to me in this trial, I have come to the conclusion that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence. Therefore, for reasons which will be explained in that written judgment at the appropriate time, I will make certain statements which I am satisfied are useful and necessary to do justice between the parties .
First, Dr. Wright is not the author of the Bitcoin White Paper.
Second, Dr. Wright did not adopt or operate under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto between 2008 and 2011.
Third, Dr. Wright is not the creator of the Bitcoin System.
And fourth, he was not the author of the first versions of the Bitcoin software.
Any further relief will be resolved in accordance with my written judgment. I will extend the time for filing the notice of appeal until 21 days after the form of order hearing will be assigned after my written decision and I request that the parties seek to agree to the order being entered into. valid for what I just stated.
