$US Court of Appeals revived a case against cryptocurrency exchange Binance
The appeal covered investors who purchased seven tokens, namely ELF, EOS, FUN, ICX, OMG, QSP and TRX, through Binance starting in 2017 and lost most of their value in a short time.
Investors filed a class-action lawsuit and accused Binance of violating securities laws, but they did not achieve any results after the lower court dropped the case. They will have another chance after this decision of the appeals court.
Although this decision does not yet provide evidence that Binance sold securities in violation of the rules, it may still lead to a difficult litigation process in the coming period.
