Ethereum interoperability protocol Omni Network announced that it raised $18 million, with participation from Pantera Capital, Hashed, Jump crypto, etc. Omni claims that by building a programmable interoperability layer, it enables builders to create applications that are global by default without further adding complexity to the developer experience.
