Bitdeer, the mining company owned by Wu Jihan, announced at the Blue Safari Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 11 that it had obtained shareholder approval for the merger of Bitdeer and Blue Safari, which is expected to be completed on April 13, 2023.
Upon completion, Bitdeer Technologies Group will remain as the combined company, with its shares expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on April 14, 2023 under the ticker symbol “BTDR.”
