Details of the Ethereum Shanghai upgrade coming on April 13th:
0. Currently there are about 560,000+ pledge verification nodes.
1. There are two types of withdrawals: withdrawal rewards or withdrawal pledge eth
2. If you just withdraw the staking rewards, there is basically no need to queue up and the speed is very fast.
3. If you withdraw the pledged 32 eth, you need to queue up, and 1800+ nodes are allowed to exit every day. Based on the current price of 1860 ETH, it is approximately US$100 million.
4. According to the above 1800 node launch calculation, 10% of the nodes will take about 1 month to be queued for processing.
5. Applying to become a verification node also requires queuing, and the algorithm is similar to that of exit nodes.
6. Approximately 17,000+ nodes have been added in the past month. Subtracting this part, the maximum node reduction per month is 6.6%.
