🛡 An excellent solution to protecting yourself from yourself is to allocate part of your budget to participate in token sales that have a schedule for issuing tokens. For example:
- Buy tokens today.
- 10% of tokens will be given to you after 3 months. (lockup)
- Then 7.5% of tokens monthly for a year. (vesting)
💰 My strategy:
I allocate monthly 2-3% of my crypto portfolio to token sales, in total I will allocate about 15% of my crypto portfolio. This is enough to enter 2-3 projects per month for 1% of the entire crypto portfolio. All the token sales that I select have different conditions, but they have one thing in common: the lock-up period ends in 2-4 months, and I am given tokens for another 6-12 months.
🚀 It turns out that I am now charging 15 different rockets within 6 months. These rockets will begin to fly during a period of active market growth and will gradually begin to give me tokens in parts.
No matter how the rocket grows, I will not have the opportunity to drain everything, I will receive tokens in parts and fix them throughout the growth. I will receive the last tokens in 1.5 years from today, where the market growth will culminate.
⚠️ When there is crazy growth, I will do only one thing - take profits and withdraw money from the crypto (not re-enter other tokens), while everyone else, on the contrary, will bring money into the market and buy tokens at expensive prices (for example, from me).
