According to BlockBeats, on March 14, MetaMask released updated versions of its mobile and plug-in wallets. The mobile version optimized loading time, browser navigation, and account connection; the plug-in enhanced the onboarding experience by limiting data leakage through more privacy settings. MetaMask said that in the optimized user interface, users can switch between wallets and browsers with a single click in MetaMask Mobile. In addition, there is more control and transparency when choosing to connect or disconnect accounts with DApps. In the plug-in update, when creating a MetaMask wallet, the system will prompt the user to confirm the first three words of the mnemonic (SRP). Users can choose any RPC provider during onboarding and choose to exit the default Infura.
