According to TechFlow, on October 28, digital artist Beeple gave a speech at the Royal College of Art in London, analyzing the development of the NFT market. He pointed out that although the NFT transaction volume has fallen by more than 90% from its peak, the market is gradually maturing, and collectors who truly understand the technology remain enthusiastic.
Beeple said, “We lost a lot of people, but these people never came for art.” He believes that the market was a bubble during the “Everydays” auction, and in the future every physical artwork will be equipped with NFT as a certificate of authenticity, which will have more advantages than traditional paper certificates.
Beeple recalls that NFTs have been hated for longer than they have been loved. He admits that the NFT market will return to reality, speculators have turned, but core enthusiasts are still enthusiastic. His latest works "Human One" and "The Tree of Knowledge" demonstrate the innovative potential of dynamic NFTs.
