At 2:19 UTC+8 today, 3,094 BTC worth approximately $180 million were transferred to the suspected B2C2 Group: 139PoP…H7ybVu.
Currently, the German Goverment has no BTC holdings, and all BTC have been transferred to CEX or market makers.
