According to BlockBeats, on July 13, Mark Cuban called on the U.S. SEC to remove its chairman Gary Gensler at a crypto regulatory conference, saying that Gensler did not protect any investors and was regulating through litigation.

Cuban noted that this makes it impossible for cryptocurrency companies to follow clear rules, as evidenced by the fact that no company has currently issued tokens for cryptocurrency applications.

U.S. Rep. Joe Neguse, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and SkyBridge Capital CEO Anthony Scaramucci were reportedly in attendance.
