According to U.Today, David Schwartz, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Ripple and a co-founder of XRP Ledger, has expressed criticism towards the use of AI for content generation on the popular Q&A platform, Quora. This is not the first time Schwartz has voiced his concerns about the platform's transition to AI-generated content.

Schwartz has been vocal about his dissatisfaction with the quality of content produced by AI algorithms on Quora. He recently tweeted, 'High-quality AI generated questions, as usual. Keep up the good work, @Quora,' in response to a question generated by the Quora Prompt Generator. The question was, 'What happens to the taxes you paid if you lose your job?' among others.

Three weeks prior, Schwartz had made a similar post, stating that Quora was 'absolutely littered with official AI-generated slop.' He also shared screenshots of AI-generated questions from the site to illustrate his point.

Schwartz is not alone in his criticism of AI-generated content. Other notable figures, including Nassim Nickolas Taleb, author of 'The Black Swan,' and Edward Snowden, the well-known U.S. whistleblower and former NSA employee, have also recently criticized AI and OpenAI’s flagship product, ChatGPT.
