According to Odaily, Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, has quoted Roxanna Islam, the head of industry research at VettaFi, stating that she expects more issuers to submit applications for a Solana Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) once the Ethereum ETF is finally confirmed. Geraci agreed with this viewpoint and predicted that Bitwise would be the next issuer to submit an application.

Previously, it was reported that Cboe had submitted 19b-4 files on behalf of VanEck and 21Shares for a Solana ETF. This suggests that the industry is already gearing up for the potential approval of a Solana ETF, following the anticipated approval of an Ethereum ETF.

The approval of an Ethereum ETF is seen as a significant step forward for the cryptocurrency industry, potentially paving the way for other cryptocurrencies like Solana to gain similar recognition. The submission of Solana ETF applications by more issuers would further validate the growing acceptance and mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies.
